Bethany Raab, LCSW, ACS
Hi, I’m Bethany.
I’m the founder of Petal & Peak Mental Health and a licensed clinical social worker with a long-standing commitment to ethical, relational, and socially responsive care.
Petal & Peak began in 2012 as my solo practice and has grown into a small group practice grounded in thoughtfulness, clinical depth, and respect for complexity. While I no longer provide individual therapy to new clients, I remain deeply involved in the clinical leadership, supervision, and ethical foundation of the practice.
My Role at Petal & Peak
My work today focuses on:
Clinical supervision and consultation
Ethical decision making in therapy and supervision
Supporting clinicians working with complex clinical and systemic issues
Practice leadership grounded in values, accountability, and care
I believe strong therapy practices are built not only on clinical skill, but on humility, reflection, and an understanding of the systems therapists and clients are navigating together.
You can learn more about my work in supervision, ethics, and training through the Center for Ethical Social Work Practice.
A Note About Therapy Services
I am not currently accepting therapy clients and do not maintain a waitlist.
If you are seeking therapy, I encourage you to explore our team of clinicians at Petal & Peak Mental Health, all of whom provide thoughtful, relational care across our specialty areas.

Areas of Clinical Focus
While I am not seeing therapy clients, my clinical background and leadership work are informed by extensive experience in the following areas:
Adolescent mental health
Anxiety
Change and life transitions
Crisis intervention
Depression
Grief and loss
Healthy sexuality
These areas continue to shape how I train, supervise, and support clinicians within the practice.
