Hi, Iâm Bethany.
I believe in the power of connection and the importance of focusing on strengths to foster healing and growth. Teens face unique challenges, and I help them uncover their resilience, build confidence, and create meaningful connections by embracing what makes them unique. My approach empowers teens to navigate lifeâs ups and downs with confidence and purpose.
As a therapist, I work closely with teens who feel lonely, disconnected from others, or uncertain about their future. I remember how overwhelming it can be to navigate the challenges of adolescence, especially when fear and self-doubt feel so heavy. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your struggles and begin to make sense of what youâre feeling.
Using a collaborative approach, I help teens discover their strengths and build confidence while fostering meaningful connections. Together, weâll work toward creating a sense of joy and a clearer path forward. If youâre ready to take the first step toward feeling more grounded and hopeful, Iâm here to help. Letâs begin this journey together.
