First-Gen College Prep Group
for High School Seniors in Colorado

Prepare for College with Confidence, Community, and Essential Life Skills

Feeling Nervous About College Life? You're Not Alone.

Transitioning from high school to college is a big step, especially for first-generation students who may not have family members who can share firsthand experience. College brings new freedoms, responsibilities, and challenges, and adjusting to this new environment can feel overwhelming.

At Petal & Peak Mental Health, we’re offering a 4-week virtual psychoeducational support group designed to help first-generation high school seniors gain the tools they need to thrive in college. This group is about more than just academics—we’ll focus on the real-life skills that make all the difference in your success and well-being.
